I want to confirm that my account was unlocked and that I withdrawed my funds. If anyone thinks that I should express my grattitude to Cloudbet than he is dead wrong. Cloudbet locked my account without any reason whatsoever and kept my funds for more than a month without any explanation. That coused me a lot, in the terms of time, money and nerves.
In the final email they sent to me, they didn't offer one word of explanation. I find this highly unprofesional. I would never deposit a single peeny on Cloudbet again, and I will never recomend this bookie to anyone.
I think that if I didn't make all this noise on this forum, I would have never get my money back. I want to thanks all the forum members that support me on this matter. Solidarity with other players on such issues is very important.

As for you receiving an email with no apology or explanation that is very important because it shows they might do this to other people too. It still sounds like selective scamming to me and I would advise everybody to avoid using Cloudbet.
If things become clearer then people including myself will advocate using it but not right now.
For those that have never had a problem with Cloudbet please be aware that teteczv also never had a problem until the problem was created by Cloudbet without warning him. Even now he has no idea why his account was locked.
