Yea Ronnie... its hard enough to get lucky and win as a gambler. Starting to seem like Cloudbet players who win are becoming the real underdog in regards to getting paid by you guys 
@AGD815Please keep in mind that Ronnie is customer services. He can only relay information that has been passed on to him from the owners/devs.
I have always found Ronnie to be a kind, polite and courteous person who deserves the same from users when they post to him.
No matter what game of selective scamming the owners of Cloudbet play, the truth is Ronnie has no say in it at all. He is a nice person so please remain calm and polite towards him, I am sure he has and will continue to relay the information between yourself and the owners of Cloudbet.
As for where this issue goes now is up to you. You approached them to find a solution, they are playing hard to get. What is your next step?
