I'm very disappointed with Cloudbet and I'll never play here again.
About a year or so ago, when Cloudbet was my main place to play, occasionally I'd forget my password. And
every single time I clicked their automated "Forgot your password" type shit, they'd never actually send me the reset email. I don't have it blocked, it's not in spam, yes it's the correct email: the last time I spoke with them, they even confirmed it was an issue on their side and that's why it didn't get sent (not before treating me like an idiot that couldn't read first, though. They told me they'd have it fixed soon enough. We're now more than a year later, so I decide to give it a try.
Nope. Still doesn't work. No password reset email at all. So I message support, and once again, they don't even read my email and continue to treat me like an idiot.

even though they confirmed it was their fault the email never got sent the first time I messaged them about it a year ago.
This is ridiculous, and insulting. It's 2017 who the fuck needs to be told how to reset a password? NOBODY. I KNOW how to reset a goddamn password, but maybe if your support team actually read messages they were sent, they'd know that I can't reset my password if you don't send me a password reset link.
