    Wait for the dip is better I think. But it depends altcoin type for sure. If you buy an altcoin in the dip it can grow quickly and you can get profit in short time. If you invest ico stage you will wait to get your payments for long time.

     the right time to buy Altcoin is during ICOs they give bonus to investor but sometimes or many times price drop below ICOs price after it finish but this ICOs maybe have low support. but their are some ICOs tokens that sold out then after ICO its price will surely rise up. it depends on the ICOs if they have many supporter then better buy early if they don't then buy at exchange.

    project ico will give you big profit when thats project going success/ reach hard cap, and best time to buy is when private sale because you will get 50% discount/bonus thats make you rich

    Actually it’s so hard to predict what is the good time to buy altcoin because we do not know when is they reach the lowest value of it. Thats part of the altcoins then if you think its enough for you the price to buy, then buy. Because in a short period of time for sure you will earn some profit from it.

    It's best to buy altcoins as price falls. You buy at the lowest price that is most suitable for you. And then you are waiting for increases and profits. Prices of ICO tokens usually lose a lot after entering the stock market. This is also a good opportunity to buy. If the project has good prospects, then it's worth investing.

    I think it's better to participate when ico stage because the tokens have less value and sometimes ico have 50% discount so if the ico succeeds in their project and the token has listed on exchangers surely you'll get huge profit by selling your tokens.

    even we see it in a lower price but there is a tendency of hoping that it may fall more so we can be able to afford the chance to buy it but unfortunately some of us here hoping on that kind but on the other day the price starts to go up.

    Probably not now a good time to buy altcoin because what I see today is the price of the old altcoin afforestation and so now is the right time to sell altcoin, and you can also invest in ICO because many ICO projects are a scam

    I think you should check out the trader before buying any currency. I think that exchanges are fine , however, there are other places as well. The main thing to keep in mind is that you shouldn't hurry with such purchase

At first you note some altcoin and how many price Move in a day so you must follow those coin around one week after one week later you see which coin is movement very well then you must buy those coin which is move very well.     If you wish to invest in any project, study the market and also never forget to get proper insite of what you are investing into. Sometimes ICO stage is veripy good in altcoins and could also be bad.

    I think when it dips and during its pre-ICO stage. Those two phases are the best because it's the time when it can be at its lowest point, and therefore, the money you can earn can actually be double or tripled what you have invested for since you can get them during these stages for less and so you will have more asset while investing less capital. This way, you can also achieve your set profit margin with more certainty.

    I would rather buy Altcoin by the time ICO will end and I will sell it when the coin is on the market listings, I will not hold the coin because the price habits will continue to fall.
