I noticed that in the bear market it became not profitable to buy tokens during the ICO, because as soon as these tokens get to the exchange, the price of this token decreases. Therefore, it is better to buy tokens on the exchange after the price drops.

In my opinion at this time is the best time to buy altcoins, because market prices have increased this year and I see in cryptomarket the price of bitcoin rises, that's the sign that all altcoins will go up.

Wait for deepest price will be promising  high profit,  but difficult  to predict where is the deepest,  but from historical price we can predict it.  In my opinion we are already passed the bottomed and bull market just started so its now will be best times to buy it

With the current status of the market which is highly volatile, it's best to buy the dip. Before, you can make huge profit in buying a token on ICO phase. But now, it's more on losing end to do so. When it enters the exchange if ever it will 'coz most do not, it's 10x lower than the ICO price. So to be safe, if you really believe in the potential of the project and have studied everything about it well, better catch it in its dip.

The best time to buy Alts is after the longest dip when everyone has given up, stroll in and mop it all up then ride your way to the top. The funny thing is we never have enough courage to buy in during or after the dip.
