Yeah, if the market is not in a good position I think that’s the best time to buy more good altcoins. If we are in a bear market, its too risky to invest on a small coin so always choose the top coins and wait for the next pump. Investing on any ICO during bear is too risky, better to analyze na market well before making decision.

ithink if you invest in ICO in bullish market is a way better but in bear market there is no a lot of money coming in so you wont get a big profit as i think

You can rely on ICO and exchange stage but I will never advise you to go for the dip stage, what if the dip comes and that particular coin is unable to recover again. Its always great to start with the project and not when it dips.

But now I think is not the best time to invest, yet it is worth waiting for the moment when the market will be bullish then the chance to lose money is very minimal!

On the part of the capital of course you can buy now, the market is very down and you can catch the place of purchase as low as possible , I think 10 percent can be bought now

for now it's better that you buy altcoin from exchange, because it's safer for you (avoiding ICO scam), besides that now every altcoin that is listed in exchange for sure the price will go down and that is an opportunity for you to buy the altcoin, because you can buy it at a low price (below the ICO price), then what you do is only hold it until the price increase again (like the ICO price or more), because I'm sure if the market is stable again then the prices of all altcoin will go up too.

Buying during the ico stage was a good idea when we were in the middle of a bull market but now that is not the case then it is better for us to stay out of the ico market, this is important many are still investing in icos thinking the market will improve soon but they are mistaken and as long as the market remains as it is no profits will come from your investment in icos.

it's true that right now is the right time to buy altcoins because prices are still cheap and I think buying on an exchange will be more profitable than ICO because we all know now that many ICO coins are much lower than ICO prices when they are registered at exchange and of course you have to choose the right coin so that in the future you will benefit.
