Guys despite facing lots of issues I am a bit relieved nonetheless that their representative continues to stay active here. So maybe you can post here your complains here and details, specifically your support id. Hopefully more people from HitBTC will be tasked to solve issues from clients as they are the backbone of success.
They can apologize about their customers experience but the question is are they really taking care of these complains?
No one seems to reply that they have resolved (I can't do the digging for the whole thread looking for people who are helped with hitbtc's support).

No reply from your Support team, i provide them both my XMR ( 0.4, 0.4 = 0.8 Total XMR ) coin Transactions IDs/Hash, but they are not replying me,
I would depend on the trust rating given to them by two DT's and look at the dates, it was years ago.
