What is going on

Recently they don't respond to the support ticket.
In stealth manner, they reduced the contact point, I remember they had phone line support both for North America and Europe but they've been removed from the web. Contact for technical support was removed and only pr, support and investors remain.
My problem is,
"Please do not fund your account using wallet addresses generated prior to September 30. All transfers to these addresses cannot be credited to your account."
(It is funny they changed the description slightly from "be ignored")
It conflicts with
"To fund your account using bitcoins, you need to send an amount to the following address (a new address is generated every time you make a deposit, however, you can use all addresses linked to your account):"
Obviously the old address should be linked to the account, anyone know if they lost old private keys?
