There seems to be a delay on getting status points/betcoin points (rakeback). They used to be updated once a day but I haven't seen any updates for any of my play over the weekend. Any info/updates on that?
Had same issues some days ago then stopped playing because I opened two tickets:
- #5919 (my last reply to their generic "everything is working fine" (which clearly wasn't) 5 days ago
and
#6217 (26th February) for what I'm still waiting a reply.
Saw they added me some status point but I also had issues with bonus chips.
Still waiting for support

There was an issue with the update late last week because we are preparing to implement full rake back and status points into WPN play, however this should be fully corrected.
Bump your tickets if they have not been responded to already. As always, we appreciate your feedback.
I already bumped my tickets but they are still unanswered. I provided tickets numbers in this post (my nickname is linked to them) so actually you dont need me to tell you my nick.
Would you be so kind to tell support of my unanswered tickets? I'll not play again until I will be at least answered.
