BetcoinPoker.com - You have a been a player at BetcoinPoker.com practically from day 1. How long have you played poker, and online poker?

DeputyDog - I have played poker since I was younger and my Dad taught me to play 7 card stud and 5 card draw. I started playing online at Party Poker probably in 2006 just for recreation. I was terrible but just liked to play. I would win a little here and there but put money on the site every month or so. I didn't really begin to take the game seriously until around 2012.

BetcoinPoker.com - You have seen lots of change here at BetcoinPoker.com, what do you think of BetcoinPoker.com?

DeputyDog - I love the site here at BetcoinPoker.com! I really love the fact you have joined winning network to offer a nice variety of tournaments of all sizes.

BetcoinPoker.com - You play multiple sites, how does BetcoinPoker.com stack up?

DeputyDog - I do play multiple sites but the majority is on BetcoinPoker.com. I think BetcoinPoker.com offers a nice variety of tournaments and the cash games are starting to pick up. BetcoinPoker.com is by far the best when it comes to quick withdrawals.

BetcoinPoker.com - You play part time, would you consider yourself semi-pro?

DeputyDog - I do work full time on nights with a 12 hour shift so I have half the month off available to play. I definitely do not consider myself semi-pro. When my bankroll gets to the point I can withdrawal a fixed amount monthly I will then consider it the best part time job ever!

BetcoinPoker.com - We notice a long string of ITM and final tables as of recent, very consistent. Would you be Willing to Share your Secret to Success and some ideas of how to consistently cash?

On most pokersites I ever played, either based on fiat currency or bitcoin) poker software automatically calculate and displays tournament start time in timezone of players connected.

Also your biggest competitor in bitcoin poker market does it Wink

I guess its not a big improvement considering everyone else already does it (also mavens software has it implemented).

I would find it really really really useful and will be very happy to see it on betcoinpoker as well.

Already asked for it in the past and been answered it was a good suggestion but still...

Ive been waiting for 5 days now to get connected to my affiliate so i can start playing poker here. Support keeps giving me the run around and ignoring me. Pretty disappointed, was looking forward to trying out the site.

After is signed up, it didnt show in affiliate summary, i email they say it takes 24 hours email them back after that if still not there. 27 hours later nothing i ask support they say they dont know how long it takes its up to management they cant give a timeframe. 3 days after that i send another email, they immediately within 4 minutes, ask what the name is and i email back within 2 minutes. Its now been another 22 hours, and nothing. No response.

Ur customer service sucks to be blunt and honest. Sorry thats just how i feel.

why cant i register for the high five tournaments? i click register and it just freezes lol

Hi. I tried to check for exact directions and the only one I have found in a lobby is: join cmxforum.com .
Is that the only condition? do I have to purchase on cmx anything?

i was kicked from 1:30 freeroll with bad user code or password.

Yep, client crashes everytime you register, tournaments goes smooth, but you can't register to any other tournament.

Thank you for reporting this. This issue is currently happening on shared WTN WPN tournaments only, all Betcoin only tournaments are working optimally. It is an issue with the WTN WPN that is being aggressively worked on and we will certainly provide updates as we get them. We are expecting to have this issue fixed shortly. Also, we will certainly take care of any players for any issue as always.
