It is indeed seconds if the spam keywords are in the bot. However, since spammers do change phrases/links at times, they do get missed (until reported). Luckily there is more than one person that can add those phrases to the bot.

I don't know if anyone else had a similar thing recently, but in the past few days I had certain interruptions with the notification bot, so now I have imprecise information such as merit status.
I did not find a reset or update option through the application, is the only way to delete the bot and activate it again from the beginning?

Uh, it's been a few days, maybe more than a week. I just happened to look at the merit count and saw the difference.
