This invitation will include some key players of bitcoin like Elon Musk who has been with the President from the days of the election campaign and after the election. I don't think Donald Trump will invite Nayib Bukele foe bitcoin discussion instead he would invite others to show him the way.

Michael Saylor has always believed in Bitcoin. He has been one of the big players in the Bitcoin ecosystem, one who strongly believes in the future of the crypto currency. As at 2020 Saylor held over 17,732 bitcoins.


His company owns about 499.096 Bitcoins and as at February 17 - 23 2025, his company had add over 20,056 BTC to their holdings. I believe this should be the impressive investment approach that must have triggered the White House cabinets to invest Saylor for the digital assets submit which I believe he will have so much strategies to share with the state and their stakeholders.

Michael Saylor believes that the interest the United States is showing in Bitcoin reserves could serve the nation's inflation or banking system. The way the United States of America is valuing Bitcoin could become a valuable asset like gold or bonds. He also believes that it will serve as a guide for other countries.

Do you mean Bitcoin will become a valuable asset or it's already a valuable asset which is why it looks like everyone wants to own it. Bitcoin has been having a lots of adoption these days and we could soon see more as many countries are planning to buy and hold Bitcoin in a large quantity.

I know the price of Bitcoin has been ranging and looking like it prefers to rang between 80k and 90k, but that shouldn't scare us because it's a sign that the next bullish movement would be rapid and those that are not holding Bitcoin would regret their actions. I know many especially the antagonists are going the price of Bitcoin would fall more so that they could laugh at the crypto market but that shouldn't be our concern. No matter how turbulent the storm could be, we'll going to be winning as time goes on.

He is a visionary, who some call crazy or doing it out of pure self-interest, as he is betting very heavily on bitcoin. But progress is full of so-called crazies who dedicated themselves to moving forward despite criticism. If anyone thinks that Saylor is crazy, they should go back to when this thread was created and see when Saylor started buying. As at when he was buying, we were calling him crazy but not knowing that he saw today. As at today, many are calling him crazy not knowing that he is seeing tomorrow. If you have money but doesn't have vision, just follow Saylor and you will become generally wealthy.

Without being told, we should all understand by now that bitcoins future is too big to comprehend.

And Saylor receive lots of criticism towards he's decision to invest and support Bitcoin. Maybe other people can't accept his decision since provably they have hidden agendas that want to prevail, but we really seeing that seeing that MicroStrategy and Saylor is now in good position when they are into Bitcoin. This criticism provably won't stop since for sure that they don't understand what Saylor do and these haters will remain hate him while Saylor and his company would provably get more benefits with Bitcoin.

Of course, Vitalik's judgement about bitcoin is likely skewed by his stupid-ass failing shitcoin. 

In other words, there is a need to take Vitalik with a decently sized grain of salt, when it comes to bitcoin or how bitcoin is being talked about by various bitcoiners, including that Saylor is one of the bitcoin spokespersons who has a lot of insights regarding bitcoin's value proposition and the strength of bitcoin as an investment.

Surely bitcoin gives little shits about what Saylor says or does not say since anyone can invest into bitcoin or choose not to.


I agree with you, that it is quite likely that Saylor is going to continue to be proven to be right, just as he has already been proven to be right.. even though he is a relatively newbie to bitcoin, when we consider that he is right around 4.5 years in his investment into bitcoin.

In this regard I would not want the conversation to get too long here, as it is not the subject of the thread, but I have seen in a video that Eth, apart from not stopping to lose value against bitcoin, something that was accentuated when they moved to PoF, collaborates in the censorship of transactions and up to 50% are censored.

Back to topic now, I hope next Monday Saylor will announce that has been buying bitcoin this week. It's been two weeks without buys now but I believe it is mainly because of the price drop, accompanied by a reduction in NAV relative to the share price. When it is most profitable for MSTR to do treasury trades to buy bitcoin is when the mNAV is highest, and I see that it has gone up a bit recently (2.05 according to https://www.strategy.com/).
