This is my first time of doing push-ups exercise and my body was so heavy that i couldn't be able to lift myself more than 20 times and i believe that this is because it is my first time and once I'm consistent with push-ups exercise daily i will growing small small, with the numbers of members that gone this far started like me and has a story to tell from the first day of doing push-ups, i do 20 push-ups in 4 sets.

There's no need to feel pessimistic even if you can only do 5 push-ups per set, as long as you still have the intention to change yourself, especially when you are more aware of your fitness, then this is still a very good thing.
When I first started this challenge, I was in a similar situation because a body that has never experienced the strain of exercise will inevitably feel stiff and often even sore, but this is only the beginning, and getting used to it can change the situation.
I suggest you try starting with slightly easier movements like incline push-ups or knee push-ups if you're not yet used to push-ups, so you don't feel too overwhelmed. However, if you want to push yourself to do regular push-ups right away that's fine too you, might just feel a bit uncomfortable with your body afterward, but that's part of the process.
