    Morning walk or running is so beneficial that it is much better than the amount of physical exercise you do throughout the day. If you make habit of sleeping early at night and wake up early in the morning and starting the day with physical exercise, then it will keep your mind cheerful. Yes, there is no time allotted for each day you should rest one or two days a week not more than that.

    The amount of energy burned by your body through push up and running will not always be restored because physical hunger will keep you energetic throughout the day. When excess fat accumulates in your body you feel sluggish and various diseases surround you.
    I agree that morning walk is much more beneficial than push ups. But those who have enough time, I think they should complete both morning walk and push ups because if you can complete push ups by walking in the morning, it is much more beneficial. I actually wake up in the morning and complete push ups and then I slowly go out for outdoor work and there I also do walking. But it is true that physical exercise and hard work make your night sleep much better. Those who do not do physical exercise and hard work will see that their night sleep is not very good.

    Today I added 60 push up in 5 sets.
