No one asked or forced them to pay the fee, but these are marketing strategies to attract more and more players. But what they did just now suddenly increasing the withdrawal limit without informing anyone is not expected from a reputed site. They should immediately allow all withdrawals either with a user fee or without fee both are accepted my most of the community. But no one is happy with the sudden high limit of withdrawals.

I don't mean to derail this but you're definitely wrong there's many casinos who pay customer's withdrawal like sportsbet,vegascasino,bitstarz,nitrogen,cloudbet and many more. Setting the minimum to 0.01 is okay if you have a balance less than 0.01 just deposit more if you're really that desperate.
