I was informed that your pending withdrawals have already gone through. Could you please confirm?
Unfortunately, there were small possible fraud issues (not connected to your account) we had to take care of before releasing some of the wins.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience it might have caused you, it has nothing to do with payments being processed on Mondays.
I also want to clarify that we have not set Monday as a week day we process the payments, as withdrawals are instant from our end if there are no cases to be investigated further.
