I sent a withdrawal request yesterday. Money didn't come. Where is my ETH?
It says it is completed(payment status) on the site, but there is no such thing.

Send money 1 min, withdraw 100000 min. This is called scam.

Where is the withdrawal proof? If you really got any issues regarding your withdrawal then you should contact their live support or send an email to support team. They will surely resolve it soon. You no need to worry about the money just contact support team for help.

Have you contacted live support and what they said if you have contacted them? 2 eth withdrawal issue, if both are valid issues so I think it is a problem on their eth payment system.
But you should not be worry as I'm sure they will fix it and you'll get your eth. You only need to reminds them about your issue so they wont forget it.

Glad they did already respond on to your problem and dont worry they will surely fix that just have patience and let the team do resolve the issue with Etherium. Funds are really safe and theres no need to worry about that they will credit it once its fixed.

I have been waiting for 4 days for my ETH withdrawal. Your support team seems like they don't care. Carrie is the worst one of them all. She's putting the blame on Etherscan and Etherscan wrote me and said the transaction never went thru on their end and to contact FJ. I will be calling the police and filing a report if this isn't resolve soon. I am sick of the games and finger pointing. My FJ name JackN4Beats
