However your claim that the sensors on board can't be used for scientific purposes is full of shit.
They are not "sensative" enough for scientific experiments dealing with measuring any acceleration of our planet's reference frame. They will measure no motion due to the lack of "sensativity".
I recommend you study celestial mechanics to gain further a further understanding of why your phone sensors are not "sensative" enough for measuring movement of large celestial bodies, while standing on them.
As you're aware, you're trying to educate someone who doesn't want to be shown where they are either misinterpreting or simply not understanding the information they are being given.
