I can say that this is going to be an effective especially when you are going to fall in love with your girlfriend and instead of putting your time and money to gambling. You are going to spend it with her just for you and her to be happy. I tried this and I can say that this is really effective, but as of now bad news, we broke up.

It should start from a certain gambler, he needs to accept that gambling does not bring good to him and he has no chance to win and make money in gambling. Im agree with this if you have faith you can control that addiction but In my opinion its not long lasting to endure it that addiction.In case of that you must look for new hobby and activity that give fun this method help forget gambling but it depend.

Family could really help as they matters to you, some people are gambling for money because of the desperation to make money and give their family a comfortable life in the future but they failed to realize that gambling is not the solution as it is hard to win in gambling in the long run.
