I have found that regular meditation and yoga helps take the edge of more obsessive-compulsive acts, like gambling. I still gamble, but definitely feel more mindful and in control of the situation..
this would be a great practice always stay at focus even you are already getting piss when doing gambling i guess when your mind is open
you will see or you can change right away your strategy so instead of putting all in you will try is slowly and with compassion to win, sometime it is always needed for us to make sure that we can control our mind when playing.
