IMO, the intent behind this rule is to avoid collusion/cheating in cash tables and IMO it is perfectly ok in cash tables (if someone actually reported you or the system got triggered for various reasons) as a temporary measure. In that case (cash table) also it must be removed/sustained after a manual review.
Allowing this rule in MTTs is foolish and you are right it is annoying as hell. I did get this earlier, but it was solved after I approached support (or at least I have not encountered it yet after that lol).

It’s really hard to win in poker freeroll now that there’s promotion. Not only are there so many players but if they aren’t AFK, most of them just go all in. Even if you have good cards, you’ll hesitate to call their all-in if you really want to win.

Back then in the normal freeroll tournaments, I used to just go AFK and when I returned to my account I’d already won a prize from the poker freeroll. Most players went all in early when there was no promo yet, so with a prize allocation of 300 winners, you could still win something even while AFK. Now, it’s unlikely. lol

In Omaha poker you have slightly better chance of hitting a Royal Flush compared to Hold'em, but you still need a huge amount of luck. The last time I got one was a few years ago on a local site playing 5 card Omaha.

Yeah, true. You really need a lot of patience in this kind of tournament. I just joined the Stake poker tourney, lasted about an hour, and finished in 168th. I pretty much just copied their style, everyone keeps shoving all in and I got a bit lucky that I managed to survive for an hour.

First prize will be over $2k for sure. Already 6k players registered which means it will not be easy for run deep in this tournament.

Yeah, that would be nice as the main even has 10x the prize pool ($200k). IMO, there are more chances to win main event ticket in the lesser prized pool events (there is still a difference between competing with  3k players and 6k players lol).

I played only two freerolls yesterday night, $20k and $8k one. Both had over 6k/7k participants. In the $20k one I secured $9 and in the other one I managed to run deep (under 40 places) and secured $22 as a prize. In total, $30. I was only a couple of lucky hands away from securing massive prize but anyway, such is the game of poker lol.
Tonight also, I will play both and let's see how it goes.

They have the credability and funds for it.

That's why they are still going strong after all, they can give their players what they want. New features = new platforms = they usually don't hold such big events from the get-go.

The chance is very high to get another monthly bonus this month. We had received the monthly bonus twice during the Christmas celebration of last year. Stake had also sent a post-monthly bonus in the 2nd week of the month. So, you can expect to get another monthly bonus this month. I would like to quote my old post here to highlight the Christmas bonus cycle of Stake.

Nah, fuck'em. Not playing at this shitty azz site anymore. At some point when I have some healthy crypto I will deposit some, wager 67k and get my partial level up bonus. That will be 1280$ + 15% loss back and some 50k wager 12.50$ "highroller" bonus drops for a week . So round about 1500$ for a calculated round about 700$ loss. After that I will close my account for good. Would close now but don't want to miss out on that bonus obviously. Since I don't have the funds now (at least in crypto) to do it I will do when i have. Till then I stay away from stake, as should every other sane person.
