Add one more requirement:
Opinion on whether data held on the DASH blockchain is retained by the person who submits that data to the blockchain.
Under the MIT licence, only the software released by DASH is open sourced. Data submitted to the blockchain is not software, and as such the blockchain is a database. Databases and Software are treated exclusively from each other.
DASH MIT licence for the SOFTWARE does not equal an MIT licence for the DASH BLOCKCHAIN.
This issue should be cleared up.
For example, if the NSA seek to identify obfuscated data on the DASH blockchain, they should get a court order, rather than just build software to try and force the data out. The need to get a court order is reinforced if users who submit that data to the blockchain e.g. a contract or mixed transaction, retain their rights to that data ownership, but also provide an open data licence under xyz circumstances, eg data not obfuscated.
