(as you anyway have to connect your bank account one way or the other your ID is blown)
why would you? there are some services that doesnt need to link bank account and/or ID.
but of course the amount you can withdraw will be small and they have a verification service to increase this withdraw amount.
This seem's silly couse ALL Coin to Fiat requires a bank account ,,,unless you sell coin on the street for cash ?
