There's Bitwala that seems intersting too (as Wirex they accept Dash ) and you can pay bills (not sure about that for Wirex).
Hi kointrend
I just went for Wirex - didn't think too much about it. I think you can maybe pay bills using their "virtual card". Also you can use just about any cryptocurrency as they have some kind of shape-shift interface I think. They seem to be growing very fast. Only thing is I got confused about the difference between their GBP/EUR/USD local denominated cards (see e-coin website) and the "travel card" which seems to be a one stop shop.
I didn't really look at any others in great detail.
Hi Tok, I didn't see this before my last post. Yes, the "card denomination" thing confused me too, it's the same with Spectro, you have to choose a "home denomination" for the card. I'm assuming that this is due to the VISA system itself, not any of these bitcoin card companies.
Also, (and I promise I'm not a shill for Spectro, just very happy with their card!) you can choose how much of your funds are in crypto or in any currency. They actually provide you with 5 wallets: BTC, Dash, Eur, USD and XAU (gold).
When you send BTC or Dash to the card, it credits to your BTC or Dash card wallet immediately. If you want to spend cash from the card, you hit a "Sell" button, and the trade is executed, the cash ending up in the wallet of the currency your card is denominated in. (If you want to, you can do the reverse, and exchange it back to crypto. Those transactions are charged 0.5% + $1.00/1.00/£1.00.)
I also did some research on the company, which I don't have to hand, but they are FAR from adequately described as "three kids from Lithuania". Would you describe Bitstamp as "some kids from Slovenia"?

Here's their blog, if anyone is interested:
