Yes, Gujarat Titans tried in many ways to defeat Punjab today but their efforts did not translate into success. Has anyone noticed that since the start of the IPL this year, almost all the matches have been high scoring, but only the Chennai match was not high-voltage.
The Punjab Kings captain's batting depth was felt by the whole world at the Ahmedabad Stadium, his batting craftsmanship was uniquely beautiful. This season we can see Maxwell again in the Punjab Kings team he is a very old player in this team. Kolkata Knight Riders could not take victory from their first match, so their focus right now is on the second match. I think the only thing that Kolkata Knight Riders fans can be assured of right now is that they will win against Rajasthan Royals.

Pakistan vs New Zealand 5th Match

So today is the last match of T20I series. We know that Pakistan has lost this series. And now series is standing at 3-1. Pakistan performance was very bad in this series except 3rd T20I match. But still Pakistan team is very unpredictable and no one knows who will win the last match. I still hope Pakistan can perform well and they can make this series 3-2. But chances are very low. Because Pakistan depends on one player which is not good for team. Everyone should play his role. So let's see how both teams will play in today match.

Last season Maxwell was playing for Royal Challengers Bengaluru but this time he is not playing for them instead he is playing for Punjab Kings. If we talk about his performance, it did not surprise us as he was dismissed on zero on the very first ball he played while on the bowling, he delivered 2 overs and had 26 runs, while picking a single wicket.  But that wicket was very important for them at that stage. Shubman Gill was hitting fast, so he came and got him out, it was so helpful for them. However, Punjab Kings lost the game, let's see what they will do in the further matches.

Out of the total five T20 matches, Pakistan team has won only one match and New Zealand team has won the remaining four (4-1) matches. In this case, I want to say that New Zealand team has won 4 matches by a large margin, then Pakistan team has won only one match by a large margin.
So from my personal side I want to ask if Pakistan team has won one match, did New Zealand team give this opportunity to win?

There is nothing surprising in seeing Pakistan perform like this. Rather, such a performance was expected from Pakistan. The Pakistan team is in a very bad state now. Rather, I was very surprised by Pakistan's performance in the third match. How Pakistan suddenly performed so well is a mystery.



Pakistan could only score 128 runs for the loss of 9 wickets. The team played very badly. I did not see any batsman batting well except Salman Agha. Salman Agha scored 51 runs and Shadab scored 28 runs. Looking at Pakistan's batting, the pitch seemed bowling friendly. But West Indies scored 131 runs in just 10 overs. This shows that the pitch was quite conducive for the batsmen. But the Pakistani batsmen batted like fools. Tim Seifert played an aggressive innings of 97 runs in just 38 balls.

Pakistan is showing another bad performance today and lost the match and series by 1- 4. Talking about the Pakistan batting in this match, it was another complete failure. Salman Agha made 51 runs and i think he is the captain and he wanted to show some performance. The rest of the team weren't looking to stay on the wicket and lose too many wickets too early. Only three of the batsmen got into double figure that includes the opener Mohammad Haris who made 11 runs and Shadab Khan who made 28 runs. 128 runs in a T20 match is nothing and they find themselves nowhere in this match.

Pakistan's players are talented. PCB has no dearth of experienced players. But the problem is that there is no player in Pakistan's squad whose performance is consistent. The performance of every player in the squad is very erratic. What can the Pakistan Board do now to solve this problem?

Pakistan Cricket Board should probably appoint an experienced coach now. Especially the batting coach is needed badly by Pakistan. Secondly, it is very important for Pakistani players to be more hardworking. They need to practice more. Otherwise, it is impossible to maintain consistency in performance. This problem has existed in Pakistan's squad for almost 4/5 years. But the Pakistan Board has not yet taken any visible steps to solve the problem.

New Zealand may have had a lot of stars in the fifth T20 match which is why they didn't take much time to finish this match. Pakistan struggled to score 128 runs for 9 wickets in 20 overs but New Zealand batsmen batted 10 overs and the team over-batted to reach their target with the loss of just two wickets. 
In the five match T20 series between Pakistan vs New Zealand, Pakistan has no such achievement, they have defeated New Zealand only in one match but in all the other matches, Pakistan has been defeated by a big margin against New Zealand. New Zealand did not give any chance to Pakistan in the T20 series, now how Pakistan will perform against New Zealand in the ODI series is the question of everyone. 

I remember the tri-nation series before the start of the ICC Champions Trophy where Pakistan did a poor performance against New Zealand, maybe we will see a similar performance from Pakistan in the ODI series as well.

Pakistan's performance is very weak in every match, they are currently going through a very bad time, because in today's match, Pakistan was able to give a target of only 128 runs, losing only 9 wickets in 20 overs, this is a very weak proof, but in today's match New Zealand fulfilled that target in just 10 overs, and they lost only 2 wickets. This match clearly proves how bad the situation of the Pakistan team is currently, I don't think their performance will be very good in their next matches. The ODI series against New Zealand will start on the 29th, and I am not very optimistic about Pakistan for the next series either.

At the end of this T20 series, Pakistan team must be happy that they were at least able to win one match and avoided a whitewash. Hasan Nawaz was out for zero today and it's third time in this series that he wasn't able to score a run. It's disappointing that Pakistan team has an opener that is not able to score a run in three matches. Shadab Khan was given another chance in T20 matches but he once again failed to justify his inclusion in the team. Babar and Rizwan will be back in ODI and with there inclusion there is hope that Pakistan may do well in ODI series.
