Well , Falcons really surprised all of us because only a few actually expected them to win but also AUI to be a 3 times TI champion ( 1 time as a player and now 2 times as a coach ) alongside Sneyking and Skitter who already won a TI trophy with AUI when they played for Tundra so pretty much Falcons had a super brain behind them with a lot of experience of how to win TI

I think that the majority have cheered for Xtreme Gaming, the chinese team. And that's why many predictions got wrong but those who predicted Team Falcons as the TI 2025 winners, congratulations to all of you.

It's likely that this roster of Team Falcons is going to stick around. But those who have failed are likely to change, I've read that pure and satanic are going to different teams this season. They've become hungry to win the TI title.

I just saw this from ESL Dota 2 page and I don't think that this is just a bluff. Quinn has retired from competitive dota 2. I have also seen articles made 20 minutes ago so, this is a legitimate retirement from him and he's said that he's just tired.

Unless the players are still young, most of the players that retired and came back later wont be playing as good as they did back then. Obviously Quinn will have the option to play another position though, most of the older players took this option when they came back but yeah I doubt he would

He had an amazing career, was a mediocre players that most people didnt recoqnize back then but he somehow managed to turn it all around and won Riyadh Master 2024. He would probably choose to stream eventually like many other retired players though

That's what a pro player gets when he's focused on his dota 2 career. Because they're in a boot camp and those life events that he missed probably are from the America and then they're stuck together somewhere in Europe. And so, it's a far place for him to get along with relatives, families and friends with their important life events. That kind of living just made him feel bad. I think that he can still be back if he wants to but this time, choosing what he think is the best thing to do should be prioritized. He can also play with some NA teams so that he won't be far from their family. But not being committed to the team is another thing. Anyway, we wish him all the best and maybe he's going to live a streamer life.

Seems that professional DOTA players careers are very much different than those of CounterStrike.
The lifecycle of those who have made a profession out of playing CS last atleast a decade playing then they either move on being a coach or start a desired career from their chosen educational background.
