I think Furia should lose to Vitality in the semifinals as well, following what happened in their last matches. Furia shouldn't show anything new; I think the only issue is that their game was nullified against Vitality, and they end up frustrated. I hope it's different, but what will happen is Vitality in the final.

Aurora Vitality lost 2-0 and was eliminated from the tournament in the quarter-finals. The match could have ended earlier, but we waited to see if there would be a comeback on the Overpass map. However, the map was lost due to simple mistakes, and the match was lost. We are making truly unnecessary mistakes, and these errors are glaringly obvious. Maj3er and Fabre are unable to address these issues tactically. Our aim was also somewhat weak today. I believe both XANTARES and Wicadia failed to deliver a strong performance today.

Brutal tiebreaker loss for OG. The Largo pick from BB Team just hard counters OG's lineup, they even had the Apparition for the anti-heal, and it still wasn't enough.

Unfortunate to see Team Spirit still having a rough time, while Aurora stonks are soaring through the roof after finishing first in the group stage. I assume with their current form, they should make it through the top 4, unless the teams that survived from Group B make them bleed.

Just started the Vitality vs Mongolz match and the French squad are looking solid early on.
Surprised to see them beating FURIA since they had to rebuild their team since Senzu's departure where I heard he moved to Passion UA instead.
Another surprise was Parivision blanking MOUZ like that.
I knew they were doing good lately but this was MOUZ who had kept making it to the semis in many tournaments but are now taking their leave early because of Pari.

That frog really is annoying, it only needs an aghs and it can contribute very well from sustaining and team fights and when it's being hit by appa blast, it will just ranaway from the team fight with its strings lol. OG picked also largo from the first matches they have against BB on the tiebreaker but it's not enough. They're already being read and studied by their opponents, they need to increase their hero pool.

Hands up and down to Aurora, this is the best team for now IMO. And they just beaten Parivision with 2 straight games, they're very good and I think they also got a good coach there which is kpii and G. Two experienced players. Aside from Spirit, too many good teams were out early like NaVi and Yandex. Anyway, here's the result of the first day of group stage 2.

Same, I thought Mouz would bounce back once they played on their map pick, but they couldn't secure enough T rounds in the first half, and it was only a matter of time until Pari started stringing T rounds to close out the series.

At least we don't have to go through another Mouz-Vitality final, and i'd rather have Parivision challenge them this time when it's their first time facing Team Vitality.

Thank goodness we don't need to do that. Because it will just end the same way and would just be tedious to watch. Give Vitality a new opponent and I think Parivision deserves to face off against them in this grand finals. Jame showed that he is a great in-game leader for this team and only needs to display it during a major.
Mouz did defeat the Mongolz during the third place decider so that part of the placements are over.

Now just need to wait another little while until the new PGL champions in Cluj-Napoca are crowned.
Team Vitality are deemed the heavy favorites againt Parivision who are over at 4x odds.

In my prediction, Fúria didn't even make it to the semifinals, losing to The MongolZ, and they lost to Vitality who, surprisingly to no one in the CS world, won the championship easily with a resounding 3-0 victory. And Parivision, who were predicted to be in the final, surprised everyone; they really are good. But Vitality is currently very strong.

I agree, there's no upset yet but we'll see on the upcoming games. Xtreme Gaming seriously is going good on these first games they have on the group stage 2. And I think if there's an upset, it's with the Parivision. Compared to the past tournaments that they have participated, they're having fun and not this deep in losses. Anyway, the GS2 hasn't ended yet and there's still a chance for them to win the remaining games.
