Seen the screams about BetBoom and the last map when they were both tied 1-1 was absolute cinema!
That has got to be the largest upset yet in the tournament.

Haven't been keeping up with what was going on in Valorant and with all the tournaments suddenly going on in CS2 and Dota2 after the summer break, it hasn't been in the spotlight for Esports lately.
But since you mention it, will be looking at the latest championship matches.
Thanks for bringing this genre of Esports back to the thread!

That SF last pick for Sumail didn't go well. I thought that I'd see like the SFs that I used to play in the pubs that would have that requiem + refresh and absolute going to win those clashes but no. Looks like the 2nd map was easier than the first one. I've also watched GH's interview and he seems a fun guy. Compared to the interview with Save after they've beaten by XG, he's totally down and disappointed with their loss. They're about to win and just one big push and yet, XG managed to defend the tree. I think they needed more patience if they want to win that 2nd map, they're almost there to make it three but no. We have the semi finals later, XG against Parivision and Team Falcons waiting in the grand finals.

You're welcome! Also, Valorant doesn’t really get much spotlight, especially with CS2 Major and TI going on right now. Plus, a lot of games are kind of getting overshadowed by all the drama with CS’s skin market manipulation.

Xtreme Gaming will face Team Falcons in finals after making a comeback in Game 3 against Parivision. I honestly thought Xtreme Gaming would get eliminated since Parivision had a huge gold lead in the first 20 minutes of Game 3. But in the late game, Xtreme Gaming’s Medusa was unstoppable. It’s really hard to beat Medusa once the game goes late.

Looks like Ame is close to securing the Aegis. Who do you think will win in finals Xtreme Gaming or Team Falcons?
As a Dota 2 fan, I know Ame fell short of winning the TI Aegis back when he was with PSG.LGD but maybe this time with the Xtreme Gaming roster, he can finally achieve it.

AME AME AME AME AME AME AME AME AME AME AME AME!

Ame is unstoppable with his Ursa. He is consistently farming and getting some kills from early to late game. Xtreme already won the game 1 with smooth victory as Falcons can’t find answer on the damage output from Ursa and controls of Xtreme hero.

There’s still more game so this is not over especially that Ame has a lot of history of choking after getting an early advantage.

I’m looking forward for Falcons to even the match.

Ame side effect is now waving. Falcons already manage to even the series after a devastating game for Xtreme Gaming. I don’t know why Xtreme Clinkz as carry for Ame as it lacks damage output against Falcons line up that is pure very tanky.

Falcons demolished Xtreme until the end due to no damage and no capability for a better team fight against Falcons hero.

Feels like previous TI all over again for Ame.

It's done! Ame still the uncrowned king, congratulations to Team Falcons. That seems to be the easiest game 5 for a TI match. I think that there's something wrong with Ame's choice. He built that swift slash(aghs) too late IMHO and it's no longer useful when Team Falcons has got lotus orb already.

The uncrowned king...

2-3 vs OG Esports in 2018
2-3 vs Team Spirit in 2021
2-3 vs Falcons tonight

Sad news for them but game is game.

Congrats to Team Falcon, great finals by them and very deserved win!

On one side, kinda feel bad that the chinese team couldnt win but on another side Falcons really deserved The Aegis. I said that I would prefer a team that has shown consistency but both XG and Falcons arent really consistent either but if I had to pick one then falcons totally deserve to win

Next season gonna be sick for sure, chinese teams are playing much better right now so the tournaments wont be dominated by either WEU or EEU teams anymore, Kinda lame that it was always WEU and EEU teams since last year

Yup, and i'm seeing a lot of posts about Magnus being Ame's kryptonite.

Even though the games have been one-sided, at least both teams delivered compared to the previous TIs, which were just clean sweeps.

These two did their best to keep that final game alive, but the draft difference was just too much.
