I'm not going to say I don't understand the point you are trying to make because I do understand it but I am not looking for motivation or validation, seeing the thread and the number of people participating in it is motivation enough for me to want to join.
 Then start already! No time is too late to begin your report. Hell, look at me, I loved the whole effort being put into this place and I began from somewhere. I admit that the thought of starting something you must have dropped for a long time can feel daunting but it's the little drops of water that makes a mighty ocean. You can begin small then when you get the hang of it, you up your ante. There's no pressure bruh.
I started today, since we are allowed to do in sets I was able to run 3 sets of 10 pushups today which got my total to 30 pushups, not the best start but it is a start regardless and I'm proud of myself for being able to start, I'm looking forward to being evenore proud of myself when I stay consistent and see the changes in this exercise will have in my body in the long run.

There is nothing like not the best start bro. The point is that you have started and gradually you would grow in numbers and strength. You wouldn't have started from 100 or so.. You started well bro,  and that's the spirit. Even though you started from 10 or 20, it's a start and then you keep adding as your strength can carry you. Don't forget consistency and discipline will help you remain here, so don't joke with that. Don't be in a haste to grow your numbers else you get injured. Everything demands time and adaptability. So give yourself time and be consistent, you will get there someday. Weldon mate.
Yesterday was 60 push ups, and this morning, same 60, and that gives me a total of 120 for the two days..

You are right, my arms are aching a little right now but I guess that's proof that they are experiencing something completely new, I haven't done anything like this in at least a year, the last time I pushed up I probably just did a single set in a day and I haven't done anyone until yesterday.
I was only able to do 30 again today with 3 sets of 10s but I'm not too worried, with time I should be able to do more, I just need my muscles to adjust to this new routine and I will be able to do more.
