    To be honest I'm not really consistent in following up with this thread that's why there's no record of my pushups or workout routines but still from time to time I try to put in some work. I was able to do 5 bench presses,  40, push ups and 40 squats two days back but I haven't really put in any work today though. Call it laziness (I'd not argue  Grin), but I'd blame it majorly on the weather that hasn't been friendly. We've been having steady rains that is slowing getting to a flood level and it has sort of affected my drive to do anything work out related but I'd definitely get in something before the day runs out. I hope it would be okay to register my work out report?
    I totally agreed with you but if someone really need to achieve this fit you hit, I think it is better you draft out time table for easy and effective going, push up helps alot  it enables you build your immune system and shape up your physical boy,
    In all to be fully fit one needs to be consistent and  determine
