I'm feeling good. Last week was very busy but today I created time for my workout. If I were in my 20's, I wouldn't skip any training despite working hard and long hours, but after a certain age the body struggles to do this.
Added another 200 today.

It feels good when you squeeze out time out of your busy schedule to engage in pushups exercise because it comes with a feeling of fulfilment when you break out of your busy self to loose some calories accumulated in your busy week.
Good to see too many people still reporting.
Yes it's very impressive, maybe everyone is beginning to understand how important it is to be fit or probably because they have tasted the feeling of their appearance and the confidence that comes with it too. Everyone has a reason for engaging in what they do and as long as they still see the exercise as beneficial, they will always come back to it.
So there you have it. I am proclaiming another self-described (with the prompting of Dirty Keyboard) target (milestone) met.
I have always loved your style of play, always setting targets and achieving going hard until you have achieved it. I can say that you have inspired many people in this thread. Catching up with the price of bitcoin and now, surpassing your total merit count. It takes a high level of self discipline to pick up such challenges and go after them. I'm sure you must be a very disciplined person in other areas of your endeavours because it's quite evident on the table. I had 200 pushups the past two days due to my busy schedule since the week started. Waking this morning, I realised I was close to a round figure and decided to have a taste of it with only 2 sets of 20 pushups. I'm making my report and if I find the floor later today again, I'll include it in my next report. It's 40k pushups in 307 days and it's a big win for me too, haha.
