Messi might still be active in the next world cup, maybe that could be his "last dance" but for Neymar and Ronaldo, I doubt they'll still be active till 2030, Ronaldo especially would be 45 years by 2030 which is the next world cup, i don't know which coach would want to include a 45 years old in their team, it doesn't matter if it's Ronaldo, he's a human afterall not a Robot.
Those players are the best i could think of in the football world, they've played their part, set standards for the younger ones to emulate so it's time to resign such tournament and allow the younger ones shine, i don't believe that Portugal or Argentina would want to build their team around Messi or Ronaldo at age 43 and 45.
Yeah, that's the one I wasn't sure about neither. I mean playing at 39 is already very old, normally he shouldn't be able to, neither should have Ronaldo, in a normal case, they would be long retired. However, if we consider Messi to be 39 now, he will be 42 going into 43 by the time next one is played.
I am not entirely sure if that will happen, that is too much, and it is not really easy to see someone go that long, there is a huge chance he could retire. I know he is still good, dude was literally top goal scorer, now he is tied with Mbappe I think, and Messi is 39 years old. So could he do it if he wants to? If he stays healthy, then yeah maybe. But I still have doubts. Neymar is the youngest of the three and I think he is the first one to go, even Ronaldo looks better than him.
