Trustworthy casinos are carefully with their business, and consider ""Customers first"" so they must do many careful things before taking any severe actions on customer accounts. If they do such harsh decisions on user accounts, they already collected enough data, analyzed it carefully, and did enough investigations on these users.
It's unsafe for their reputation if they made careless decisions against users, then only investigate such cases carefully after users opened scam accusations. Mistakes can be made by any companies but it's only acceptable if they already did careful investigations before.
I don't frankly see it the way you do. Guess any casino outlaw your account.
That doesn't mean you can merely accept they have adequately reviewed all your data and that their conclusion is undoubtedly accurate.
It is not as simple as assuming casino is at fault and its reputation will suffer just because any random player lodges complaint. I first want to see exactly which rule they are invoking and whether there is sufficient evidence to support their claim. Often, decision might be made by provider, in which case casino is not necessarily held accountable. If player consider decision made by casino or provider to be incorrect then it must be determined whether he was given opportunity to challenge it.
Because mistake could lie with casino, or it could be player's fault. Therefore it is not right to reach any conclusion based solely on casino's reputation.
