🥥 Looks Like Coconuts Found Their Perfect Home
Today is World Coconut Day — and if you think about it, coconuts have felt right at home in the world of slots for a long time. 😄
Palm trees, beaches, bright sunshine, cocktails, and of course, coconuts on the reels — tropical slots know how to create that vacation feeling, even when the actual view outside your window looks nothing like the Caribbean.
Sometimes all it takes is launching a tropical game, hearing that relaxing music — and suddenly you’re mentally somewhere on an island, waiting for a bonus round instead of your next work call. 🌴🎰

What’s the first tropical slot that comes to mind? 🥥👇

Please am I the only one experiencing this?

I've been trying to withdraw from Bitz casino and all my withdrawal request have been denied so far.
And on top that, the casino keeps Logging out, I have to login every few minutes.
I don't really know if this is just a temporary technical issue.
I really hope that the Bitz team will look into the withdrawal issue and resolve the problem.
For now I will hold on with the withdrawal.

Maybe you haven’t wagered your deposit yet and you’re trying to withdraw it. Or maybe it’s something else.

By the way, I had no problem wagering the bonus I received and withdrawing the money, the withdrawal was processed very quickly. So to understand why your withdrawal is being rejected, we’d need to know more details about what exactly you’re trying to withdraw and how you’re trying to do it.

Actually, a 1x wagering requirement applies to any deposit, even if it’s not bonus money but your own funds. If you deposit your own money into the casino, you still need to wager it once before you can withdraw it. The casino’s rules explicitly prohibit depositing money and immediately withdrawing it in order to prevent certain financial related issues.

As for weekly payouts, I’m not sure about that. I think it would be better to ask the casino’s support team directly. Their support works well and they respond quickly (although there may be specific working hours for the live chat).

That's strange. I just made a withdrawal myself, and it doesn't seem like there were any issues. Usually, the withdrawal goes through a few minutes after I request it, sometimes even instantly.

Even though Bitz sometimes experiences technical glitches, I can say that they're generally able to resolve any issues. We haven't had any problems with payments, we're still receiving our rewards, and that's really great.

I I guess it's a technical problem and good that the team has rectified it. Our weekly campaign payment doesn't have any wagering requirements attached but when I saw your complain I thought there has been changes by the casino to place a wagering requirements on it. If that happens a lot of people will end up losing their payment in the process which I don't think is ideal. Each individual needs to decide how much they can gamble with and if they gamble with it all then it's fine it's all their decision, it shouldn't be imposed by the casino in my opinion.

Yes, congrats mate, it was a good start for Alex and it was really fun as the crowd was involved in the game again as usual. And I don't know, but Alex is a huge favorite against Oliynykova and again, no money on the ML.

But the handicap and other listings, I feel like it's a trap. So I will have to look at the statistics first before putting my end.

It's interesting that the only time that they've face, Oliynykova won over Eala in 3 sets. But perhaps Alex has improved since then that's why she was a huge favorite in their game.

I don't think the team has made such a decision or will make one in the future. This is just a guess that may not be realised, but I will consider this issue as a temporary technical problem. Because such incidents have happened several times in the past. When I join the campaign and fail to meet the wagering requirements in the first few weeks (thinking of 1x wagering). Anyway, later royse mentions that no wagering conditions required.

BTW, if you ever face such problems in the future. Then the best way to resolve it is to contact CS directly without getting too excited. This will prevent any kind of chaos.

The odds are already out for this next game of Alex and Oliynykova and it's funny that as the game happens now, all of the odds are really in favor of Oli. As I've checked right now for the match winner, bitz's is giving that @50.00 for her while there's no odds for Alex. So, we'll just have to wait and see on how this game ends. Currently, they're already in the 2nd set and it's about to end which the score is in favor of Alex for 2-0.

Today I saw this notification on my Bitz account. But the strange thing is, I didn’t make a withdrawal request on that date. And my previous withdrawal went through successfully. So I don’t know why I received this. Has anyone else received this? I thought I should look into this for the sake of account security.
