Just give them some Bitcoins and tell them,  they can buy jewellery and stuff with bitcoins and also tell them how to do transactions.

So far no success, I've tried this with my girlfriend and sister too.

Its the better approach. Let her see what we could do with our bitcoin, and its up to her if she want to use it too or not. Usually forcing isnt a good way to make someone be interested.

purse.io did it for my wimmenz. she likes discounts. its funny as shit (or sad and depressing as shit) how hard it is for her to try to figure it out and use it. thats a big reason why i think btc has so far to go... the less intelligent ones cant figure it out.

it is because they dont know and dont trust bitcoin just yet. you need to convince them more... and explain more the benefits. especially when shopping using bitcoins have more discounts. goodluck to you... its all up to you...

you can't do this with every woman come on, there is no enough bitcoin for them all, you need to start a trend if you want to capture their interest on a large scale

there must be an incentive for them to use bitcoin over fiat like every other not-tech savy guys...maybe an app?

Yes i've given them both about 0.05 bitcoins each and told them about how to use it.
But they like watching daily soaps more than using bitcoins, they say what's it's use if we have debit cards and why to be anonymous if we haven't done something illegal.

just find the merchant that paying with bitcoin and selling woman stuff like shoes,bag, or something else and give your bitcoin for her {if she was your girlfriend  }  and let her purchased them by her self,
trust me its work

This whole 'motivation' thing is little out of place. If bitcoin will be good people - including women will start using it - it is this simple. There is NO need for special actions and promotions targeted at women.
I did not see any motivating commercials back in the day persuading women to use internet or something like that. It just happened, and it will happen with Bitcoin as well.
