Probably in the same way to motivate everyone to use BTC, good advertisement and coverage, offering some kind of advantage or something easier than in using other payment methods.

Have one of those female daytime talk show hosts talk up bitcoin or have some other female(s) (or even male) celebrity actresses, tv stars, pop stars, news presenters, etc talk about how they support bitcoin. Getting more celebrity/famous people to endorse Bitcoin may in turn result in more women looking into it since these are people many women follow. eg, I bet Adele could get some more womens to use bitcoin. 

I see... yeah, that is right, it sounds really like a little insult..specially telling it to those elite women of the society.. 

I observed well and found this. Many girls as well women are addicted to Korean romantic serials. When the use of bitcoins were shown in those serials, it might create some impression towards it.

depending how the situation,if that women need some money,tell them that bitcoin can give them money,tell them bitcoin can traded with money. and when they need goods,tell them bitcoin can using as payment for buy goods with cheaper price.

Bitcoin isn't illegal mostly in Asia. China has been distributing hardwares like asic miners in Asia. There are a lot of bitcoin related sites in our country who legally has physical offices on skyscrapers building. And some merchants started to accept BTC as well.
