If I do not know the BTC address holder I can not know if a man or a woman is member.
But I know some member...so I know that she is a woman.
But I think they are not to be more motivated.

Women will get motivated on their own, if they feel that bitcoin is attractive and interesting they would get into it without seeking the help of others, and if they find it boring they will simply ignore.

Simple, introduce gender quotas/affirmative action for every bitcoin related company or project. This just can't go wrong, right?

of course there are women using bitcoin, there is no difference between men and women when it comes to using bitcoin. if any woman is interested in bitcoin and a good investment which can give you a good return after a while, they would definitely invest in bitcoin.
