Actually i didn't see any of those promotion gained by people also, and i've following this thread since back then and stopping the follow when i also stop betting at then since i've seen many issue occured,  but actually on my opinion they are good site but their poor of support attainment makes them worst and surely many people would go away just like what i am doing at the moment,

I would think it is safe to say that they have gone scam now. Locking accounts and not paying their members their withdrawals.

I find if you send 20 emails they normally answer 1.... with a generic response but still.  They have a 5% response rate.  But they rectify nothing and waste my time every damn weekend.

And now it's me who is waiting for my Withdrawal since november 18.
At first they rejected for no reason and now It shows nothing in my account.

In Account dashboard there is no pending withdrawals, my account balance is 0 and i haven't received any bitcoin. And i am not talking about small amount
In Wallet transactions page, State of my withdrawal is empty, before it was Pending

Not sure about scam but I find a pattern to sites that are looking to cut corners when it comes to costs. Customer support and withdraws are always the first red flags for trouble. Only problem with that is that this site has been known for this issue for a long time and they still kick around the bitcoin gambling sphere.

Think we just need to be aware that some sites operate in a manner that is not congruent to bitcoin.
Sucks but some sites are just slow on the ball and it effects the lower rolled follks more than anyone.

May I ask, why haven't you added a negative trust based on their service ? Clearly they do not care about responding here and I don't see anyone who has started a scam accusation either.
