@phillivey, you should know that these days its more of a dead casino. I think the founder or developer has given up on it, and is simply letting it run as a side business. The support itself checks in like once a week.
The downside of that is the risk of a scam happening in the future. If your money gets stuck or is not withdraw able due to some bug, then your post might get burried among other complains here.
Cloudbet really ruined their big name. They established for years and it's really not good if all of a sudden they have many unresolved issues. That's why I stopped using their service for the meantime.
How come the betting options are updated but problems are being not solved. If the operations continues then it is just a scam attempt. Hope we can have a clearer response for the owner itself.
