I requested a cashout 10 days ago. When I first asked why it hadnt' arrived I was told that my play is being reviewed and the issue would be resolved within a day. Further Emails kept saying it would be resolved within hours, never happened. Yesterday I wrote again and they said "You have an outstanding withdrawal still? What is the amount?" to which I replied the very first cashout Ive been waiting for for 10 days now to which they replied nothing (14 hours ago and within their business hours).
I understand and even encourage that they review someones play to make the site safe, but waiting 10 days for a cashout is freaking long and I had planned to turn those bitcoins directly to which is now more than 10% less. Thank you.

WPN updated their software today and added Jackpot SNGs. Since they came back up, I'm getting a "you are using an old version of the software" error on Betcoin whenever I try to register a WPN tournament or SNG. Is there something Betcoin needs to update on their end so that we can access these games?

The player in question quickly spent the bitcoins and usually this doesn't happen when there is an accident. The person had also never received bitcoin or deposited in the past therefore they knew that the bitcoin was coming. We can certainly look into this in greater detail for you.

While we don't have a hard date on this, we do expect to have these within our offerings within 2-4 weeks. The WPN wants to make sure all the bugs are worked out and reporting is proper before introducing it. We will certainly keep you updated.

I myself have played alot of online poker.Ive played at about all of sites that you can think of online.One day i heard of bitcoin and was googling it to read up on it and find out what it was all about.Thats when i found betcoin poker and that you could play poker with this thing called bitcoin. Was the best find online i have had in awile. The whole site betcoin.ag from the sports book to the casino and exspecially the poker client where i like to play are just above and beyond anywhere i have ever played. The support is very helpful and the community is very nice.I havent participated much in chat but they have a amazing chat room that i plan on participating in the very near future.I would recommend if you like to play online poker, sports or casino very much BETCOIN.AG.

Not sure why you say you have "Instant deposits with zero confirmations". Been waiting 20 minutes, got a confirmation .. still no balance. Was just gonna give betcoin another chance, disappointing start. Just say "1 confirmation and few minutes for processing" and it would be no problem, just don't like false advertising.

edit: obviously I do get it few minutes after the confirmation, I just got excited seeing it would be instant and it's just disappointing to see it's clearly not instant.

edit2: on a positive note, cool to see HM working.
