2 days ago I joint Freeroll million dollar sunday-3 seats. I had pocket Queen and allin 1000 chips, and one guys also had 1k chips and called with 5Jo, and he got three of Jacks, it's ridiculous , I don't know why this guy dared to call with 5Jo, or I guess maybe donk calls usually have good luck.

That's true, I've complained about it in the past but its better to be secure. (although one time it took more than 48 hours and that's too long).

If they enabled 2-factor authentication and got another support employee to speed up responses to support tickets that would be ideal. Most crypto exchanges have 2fa now, crypto poker sites probably should as well.
