I also thought the match would be competitive. Dhaka team might be able to get back on track. But in this match Dhaka batsmen batted even worse than in the previous matches. They scored only 111 runs. This is probably the lowest score in this BPL. Despite having talented players like Liton, Jason Roy, SOhan and Sabbir in Dhaka squad, this team failed to score big. Not a single player is in good form.
Rangpur team also won the last match by batting at a target of 200+. Rangpur is the most worthy contender for this year's BPL title. Rangpur team will easily reach the target of victory in today's match with a target of only 112 runs. Rangpur scored 10 runs in the first over.
The Rangpur Riders once again continued the chain of victory and played very well against the Dhaka Capital. The Dhaka Capital bowlers showed some performance....not a good one, but at least they tried to maintain control, and they collected 3 wickets. However, the target was too low, and even the Rangpur batsmen could achieve it with their eyes closed. That is why they lost the match and are at the bottom of the tournament chart. The top team is Rangpur, and the second one is KHT, which is also a strong team. They played two matches and won both of them, so in my view, they will give Rangpur a tough time if they face each other. The Dhaka Capital still has a chance to overcome their mistakes and make a good comeback, otherwise, they will be out of the tournament. Before they are out, they have another chance to recover their dignity a little bit.
