The start made by the Sri Lankan team did not suggest that they would score even this type of target. It was the last game and but it was equally important if you think in term of team's confidence. Because now the next series is the ODI series between the two teams and the Sri Lanka boys have a little bit of confidence for these next three matches. This win will play a great role in order to boost Sri Lanka's morale and they will try to perform as per their ability.

Yes, Sri Lanka did not start well but the performance they showed in the last match was really impressive. Their great win in the last match has given them a lot of confidence and they will be hopeful for the ODI series against New Zealand. Sri Lanka will definitely try to perform well in their ODI matches and every player will correct their mistakes. If the morale of Sri Lanka changes and they regain their confidence then they will be the favourites going into the ODI series.

Today's in 7th game of BPL, Durbar Rajshahi and Chittagong Kings face each other. Chittagong Kings played first and posted a low total of 219 runs total. Chittagong Kings openior lost early wicket but 2nd wicket partnership is 120 runs boosted team confidence. Usman Khan Pakistani power hitter played a brilliant knock of 123 runs by facing 62 balls with 13 fours and 6 sixes, and Graham Clark contributed 45 runs unbeaten by facing just 25 deliveries with five four and 2 sixes helped Chittagong Kings to posted a big total for Durbar Rajshahi. Al Islam took the three wickets while Arafat Sunny also takes three wicket and defending the total. Durbar Rajshahi Middle order batting collapsed lost back to back wickets and lost the game. Chittagong Kings battled well and also defended the target. Chittagong Kings excellent performance helped their team to winning this game by a big 105 runs margin

Since Sanath Jayasuriya became the coach of the team, I have seen their performance in cricket well. They did not win this T20 series but their performance has not been ruined. They have come back even after losing two and probably they will recover from that through the ODI series. According to the ICC rankings, Sri Lanka has not been able to dominate T20 cricket much. Their position is eighth at the moment but they are quite good in ODI cricket. Though New Zealand's position is one step ahead, I hope the team will win the series against New Zealand. because the Sri Lankan team is quite good in ODI cricket.

In yesterday game we have them as hero, but today they were badly punished by Chittagong Kings batting lineup which give them another defeat in BPL and Chittagong Kings have first won of their season in second game while Durbar Rajshah choose field first after win of toss, but things were not favourable for them even they have quickly first wicket but then huge partnership which give good foundation for big score as we have Usman Khan 123 on just 62 balls and Graham Clark 40 on 25 balls Taskin Ahmed took 2 wickets.

In reply, we have nothing special from Durbar Rajshahi with their inning ended in just 17.1 overs with total of 114 we have Mohammad Harris as highest scorer 32 this was big win for Chittagong Kings.

Dhaka is the only team that has lost all three matches. Dhaka players are in very bad form. The irregular performance of the batsmen is the main reason for Dhaka's defeat in all three matches. If the batsmen could have batted well, Dhaka would not have lost in all three matches.

I was very annoyed by the batting of Dhaka's batsmen in today's match. Thisar Perera was unbeaten after scoring 103 runs off 60 balls. Even then, Dhaka lost this match by 20 runs. Chaturanga de Silva batted like a fool. He scored only 11 runs off 20 balls. Dhaka lost this match because of Chaturanga de Silva.

I think New Zealand players took this match very lightly. Maybe they thought that they won the first two matches and they will be able to win the next match in the same way. And that is why it seems that the match planning of the New Zealand team for this match was not that much better and their performance dropped in that proportion. Especially their performance we saw in the bowling lineup in this match dropped.
Anyway, it was beyond my expectation that Sri Lanka would win this match, I never thought that Sri Lanka would be able to score 218 runs, especially against a team like New Zealand. Most of the credit for this must go to Kusal Perera. Because I think if he had not played a huge innings of 101 runs off just 46 balls, then it would not have been possible for them to give such a big target.
Anyway, the ODI series between them is going to start again tomorrow. I will choose New Zealand for tomorrow's match.

Dhaka Capitals have lost three consecutive matches and it has become clear that Dhaka Capitals is one of the weakest teams in the Premier League this season. We have seen last season where Dhaka Capitals could not reach the top spot of the Bangladesh Premier League. This season also, Dhaka Capitals seems to be in the same situation. However, I think there is still time for Dhaka Capitals to change such a difficult situation. If Dhaka Capitals adds some experienced foreign players to the team, maybe Dhaka Capitals can occupy the top spot of the Bangladesh Premier League.

Not very surprised with the performance from Dhaka Capitals. Both Tanzid Hasan and Litton Das are in poor form, and this puts additional burden on Stephen Eskinazi. And during the last match, against Khulna Tigers all three of them failed. Fireworks towards the end from Thisara Perera was not enough to get them beyond the mark. At the moment they are at the bottom of the points table with zero points from three matches. Plenty of matches remain, but still it is going to be an uphill task.

 

Sri Lanka played a good match and their performance was good and played competitive game. Their players showed their skill really well. The performance of Sri Lanka team in the match was full strength and energy. The amazing batting performance in the man team was by Kusal Perera. This batsman showed great skills ane determination on the field. I hope Sri Lanka they will play better in the next tournament. Sri Lanka set a total runs for 218 and won the match. New Zealand lost game by 8 runs and chased total runs for 211 and lost the match. The 3re  match between  New Zealand and Sri Lanka was played at Saxton Oval stadium. New Zealand won the toss and elected to field first. Congratulations to New Zealand for their upcoming matches. The best batting performance in the Sri Lanka team was by Kusal Perera and he  scored 101 runs and hitting thirteen 4s and four 6s.
