Felt a little sick today, did less PU then expected. It is probably cold, nothing serious but I feel weak and I don't want to overexaust myself.
I will try to make for it tomorrow.

If your body is sick, heal yourself first and then stick to push ups. If your body is sick then doing physical activity will not bring health benefits at all and focus on push ups will not be created. Cold may be due to change in weather or irregular bathing so don't forget to take care of your body. I also started having such cold fever I rested and took medicine as per doctor's advice now I am completely fine. If necessary take medicine with doctor's advice, hope you get well soon. Now I am doing regular push ups today I complete 100 push ups in 2 set.

Thank you for advice, I admit that it was wrong decision to force physical activity when I needed recovery. But every mistake is lesson learned, I hope I will remember this one when I get sick next time.
To each his own. I don't believe in taking complete breaks in regards to something like a resolution of daily pushups.
Sure maybe you reduce by 50% or 90% or some other number, and perhaps you reduce your other activities too.. so in the end, you still may well be reducing your various efforts, but you still have to consider your priorities.. including whether or not you want to be blamed for BTC not going to $100k as soon as it could and/or should.
Yes, you can argue that your doing pushups have nothing to do with the BTC price, yet I wonder if you are going to argue about your dedication to your word about what you said that you were going to do, which is daily pushups.
Ultimately each guy is responsible for the consequences of his own actions, whether he does pushups or not and surely pushups are voluntary and we are reporting our pushups on the honor system.
I understand that theoretically there could be certain levels of sickness or certain kinds of injuries that might cause pushup to become less feasible, yet I have my doubts, and even a doctor's telling me what to do or not to do might not be something that I am going to be willing to comply with.. .. and so each of us have our own choices to make in regards to what we believe or optional or mandatory within our own systems and our own priorities.
Various governments and banks also said don't buy or participate in bitcoin, and merely because they are supposed authorities, we have to figure out for ourselves whether we are going to listen and perhaps what kinds of systems we might have to put into place ino order to be able to protect our own financial sovereignty.

its key to rest when you need to.
I hurt my big toe on my right foot in june.
fucked up my routing til mid October.
But I am up to onehundred modded pushups a day.
and debating what to add back.
flights of stairs is most likely getting added back.
A big question is determining what is needed and what is overly pampering and what are your priorities.
Surely guys have individual discretion over their own activities, what to do or what not to do, and guys should also be able to decide these kinds of things, and perhaps sometimes they might consult with outside experts, yet they are still in the drivers seat to decide what they are going to do or whether they are going to necessarily follow the advice of the expert.. including whether or not they listen to other guys on the interwebs.
Also any person with existing limitations, such as an earlier hernia repair may well have to be more cognizant of making sure that they do not damage any previous repairs, and sometimes there could be certain limits in regards to working up to matters, including some guys might not have had exercised for decades or they might be very fatso, so they have to modify their pushups, and so there are things that we can do to modify our pushups, too.
I personally think that doing 8-12 repetitions per set is a bare minimum for something like pushups, even though I know that in weight lifting there may be certain kinds of strength training exercise in which the guy may be doing way fewer repetitions, yet it seems to me that body resistance exercises like pushups should not be the same as weight lifting strength training.. and since there are several ways that we can modify our pushups, we should be able to get 8-12 repetitions at a minimum and perhaps even at least 2-3 sets per day, even if we might not be feeling at our full healthiness.
It has been a bit more than 3 weeks since I had added 1 set of slow pushups to my daily routine, and I have gotten more used to those slow pushups, and the beginning I thought that it was nearly impossible to have pushups slower than 2 or 3 seconds per pushup, and so a few of my first slow sets were within that range of 2-3 seconds per pushup, so for example 25 pushups in 75 seconds, yet in recent days I have had a few sets that cross over into the 4-5 seconds per pushup and today I had my longest ever set of 20 pushups in 105 seconds, and so I have come to feel that the slow pushups are a little bit like planks, and so they are not very difficult in the first 30 seconds or so, but they become increasingly difficult with muscles starting to burn dn just feeling a lot of muscle fatigue in trying to continue to do them.
By the way, if we were trying to do pullups, and if we are not able to do a whole pullup on our own, then there are surely different kinds of equipment that could help us to work up to being able to do full pullups, and surely pullups can be very difficult, even for strong young people who might be able to do 10 pullups or more... and yeah there are people who learn how to strengthen their fingertips and they are able to do pullups from their fingertips (including some of the guys/gals that climb mountains with minimal equipment, they might have really good abilities to cling their bodies to minimal surfaces and still pullup their body weight with minimal grip area), yet when we are doing pushups, we are doing the kinds of exercises that should be a lot easier to do and more accessible to regular guys/gals to be able to do it as compared with the kinds of exercises that are carried out by elite or specialized athletes.
