Yep.
To try to stay fit (or to get fit).. or to help to stave off getting less fit.
To participate in a group activity while doing our own thing....
To try to help to keep the price above $100k.

Is this me or did JJG just give a short response ?

Yeah, that's it. Humans are always moved by incentive no matter how that incentive could be strenuous and unpalatable from the start.
Keeping or maintaining fitness is very important because and it's a good thing that you don't need to register at a gym to be able to keep yourself in check although some people prefer to do their stuff with people around to boost their morale and also take the stuff seriously but I feel that if you're determined, you don't need others to motivate you since you're already motivated.
I'd admit that I'm beginning to see some changes to my belly that had grown big after childbirth. I'm winning!

On the margins, having something like this likely makes a difference.
I am pretty sure that I would not be ready, willing and/or able to keep up with my daily pushups if there were not some kind of a reporting (accountability) channel that goes along with my submitting pushup reports in this thread from time to time.
There are other things that I don't need any place to report, but daily pushups.. Yep.. This thread really helps to keep motivation and a channel to report and to reinforce such motivation.
Getting in before bed... Late night tonight. I got a notification that my Cybertruck was downloading FSD v14 and had to stay up and do some testing. Wow is all I can say... The car definitely drives much safer than I do now and it seems like we have reached the point where you shouldn't have to pay attention in the driver's seat anymore...
Keep pushing. We didn't exactly hit our price goal, but you can't say we aren't better off for trying to push our way there.

Of course, we hit our price goal in early December, and we had been bouncing back and forth above and below $100k between December 2024 and May 2025.. .. and largely we had stayed above $100k since early May until recent days.
Perhaps, since prices are currently below $100k again, we might need to continue to push more regularly and/or harder in order to get BTC prices back above $100k.
You are distracted and even being a selfish little twat if you are ongoingly trying to impose a new goal, merely because you are author of OP.. .. Hardly even a mature approach to this thread and/or the reality of the importance of the dollar pair. In other words, why would any of us (except blind dweebs) want to get distracted into some bullish change of the denominator merely because you think that it is a good idea, when you tend to show bad and/or self-centered and unrealistic judgment motivations.
Keep pushing. We didn't exactly hit our price goal, but you can't say we aren't better off for trying to push our way there.
Yea, what is most important is that we already started accumulating Bitcoin and we have successfully stacked some BTC in our portfolio, though it might be small yet, but with continuous and consistent buys will certainly increase the number. And sure, we are better off, even though we haven't reached our goal in price and quantity, we keep pushing with optimism that gradually we will gather something tangible if we persist in accumulating more stash.
Two days report of a total of 130 push ups. Yesterday was the normal 60, while today, I added more 10 to my usual 60, making it 70 push ups.

Of course, beginners to bitcoin may well take quite a bit of time to build up a stash of bitcoin, just like it can take time to build up a stash of pushups.
The drops in prices should work better for a beginner who is continuously stacking bitcoin, since if you are stacking at a regular rate of dollars (or whatever fiat that you are using), you are likely getting more sats for each dollar that you put into bitcoin.. which should be a good feeling for newbies, especially during the first few years of building and holding your bitcoin stash.
I understand that some newbies might not appreciate the price drops because it causes their already stacked coins to lose value, which seems to be part of the justification to keep on buying bitcoin.. maybe even for the first 4 years or more, and then perhaps after 4 years, you might have had stacked enough bitcoin (satoshis) that you are able to start to feel better to modify your approach to your bitcoin so that you are not necessarily buying all of the time.
On the other hand, some folks need a couple of cycles (closer to 8 years or maybe more) before they might start to consider that it would be good to modify their approach to bitcoin so that they are not ongoingly buying all of the time. It is hard for one guy to tell another guy when he has stacked enough or more than enough bitcoin, and even individuals will sometimes have difficulties judging what is good for themselves in regards to when they have enough BTC more more than enough BTC.
.... i am fully back to continue this push up tread until Bitcoin is £100k.
That is retarded.
It is probably better to focus on the dollar bitcoin pair rather than getting distracted into a non-relevant pair..
