I have observed the same problem with 1win support in the recent past. It is now unnecessary to reach an actual agent, and the artificial intelligence chat is more irritating than helpful in cases when you need real assistance. It was better in terms of customer support. You were able to redeem your tokens at least, though not a huge amount. Hopefully 1win will provide better human support in the future, as a proper human support is extremely significant to any casino platform in the long term.
