I got the same thing. I tried to withdraw the $100, but the system told me that I need to bet the total deposit to 100% first (forgot how it was actually phrased, but it's something like that.  ).

Complaints only appear if the ToS does not have any term about KYC but later a casino pulls the KYC card and requires a user to fulfill KYC. Or if they advertise as no-KYC casino but later won't keep their promise about that.

Like KYC or dislike it, we will have to live with KYC that has been more popular in cryptocurrency industry on centralized exchanges, in gambling industry with online cryptocurrency accepted casinos. Yes, the majority of the centralized casinos have that in their tos and that's most of the gamblers are aware of that kyc rule.
