So other sites like blockchain, coinbase,etc.should try to do the same. With these I think when women hear that they can get their payment instantly with bitcoin, and also make use of their card to withdraw it through any teller machine, that would draw their interest towards bitcoin, and also making bitcoin more popular.

A creditcard would help, but first you need to target the audience by something they care about; clothing, bags, shoes.

I too agree as women do need to know about the currency and how useful it can be. If only major online shopping websites and banks adopts this currency, the currency would be dominated by women rather than men. Many women handle their banking work in their houses as they need to manage the budget.

How to motivate woman of using bitcoins is just to speak them what bitcoin is.
If they say that they are not interested just don't be bored to tell her more about bitcoin. She will just comeback if she know how much you earn with just 1 bitcoin.
