Yeah we don't have to give our bitcoin to anyone. But we can motivate them to earn bitcoins by earning bitcoins in their presence and hope they will find it interesting and beneficial. After that it will be easy for you to invite them for any bitcoin site to join. Also if you want to pay them with bitcoin they will easily accept.

Make it more useful than it is now. Women are people too, but that seems kinda hard to believe for some of the guys on this thread. People like useful things.

Women love two things : shopping and jewellery , so start offering them shopping sites where they can shop with bitcoins and rather more give them opportunity to earn btc and buy some GOLD with it, I can guarantee women will dominate even men in using BTC.
