India VS Srilanka

The second T20 match will be played today between these two teams. Last match was dominated by the Indian side especially the way Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer batted in that match. I won't be surprised if these two batter repeat the same performance in this match two. Except Asalanka all other batter in the Srilankan side were struggling. I hope they do something different this time.

Agree with you here as Azam Khan and Alex Hales done amazing job for Islamabad United, and I was feeling they are going to win this match very easily but very spirited Lahore Qalanders done great job for themselves and hold their nerves in very crucial time which helps them to win this eliminator no 2 what a match and what an end. While in last over I was feeling Islamabad United can win but sadly overconfidence Waseem Jr done mistakes and not takes any single which hurt them very badly if he tries in this way surely there were chance, but he tries for just big hit and this was hi big mistake which done big damage for his team.

Here player like Asif Ali also done very poor effort, and he never tries to hold his nerve and stay at create for end of his match and just trying to hit out of park is big mistake by them.

What different can the Sri Lankan team do against the strong Indian team  

I am seeing a clean whitewash by the indian team not only in the T20 matches but also in the test matches which will start after this T20 series.
Srilanka was once a good team but their performance is consistently down like the West Indies team.

With the current form of Indian and Sri Lankan teams in this t20 format we can expect a whitewash in this series because today India is looking for their 11th straight win and Sri Lanka is not good enough to have any chance for fighting back with very poor in both batting and bowling after very badly defeat against Australia.

Even they won last match of this lost series but still they are completely down-and-out by classic team and now facing World's No 1 team in this format which is worst for their current form and squad who is most depending on new players which need some more time and experience for giving better results.

A good thing for Sri Lanka now they can't drop from their current position in twenty ranking as they are staying at 10th.

These T-20 and ODI bilateral series seem kinda useless to me, most of em are goes into one sided result 4-1, 3-0 etc. Just to paint clear picture India has won their 9 consecutive t-20 match and this will 10th if they manage to win, majority of em are from bilateral series (NZ, WI etc)

I hope SL wins today otherwise 3rd match is going to be dead rubber and India will keep testing their bench strength for fun. Even if SL are not winning then at least put up some fight into it.

If Sri Lanka is able to score a good total then it will be a good match, right now the odds are really bad as the odds for India is 1.08 which is not at all a good odds to even place a bet and i doubt whether Sri Lanka will pose any challenge to this Indian lineup. If you think Sri Lanka has a chance to upset India then the odds are really great around 6.60 .

Sri Lanka have to restrict atleast 180+ runs, only then Sri Lanka can make the winning. During the first T20 India set a good target, today the run rate for now is very small. Winning the second T20 will let India give opportunity for the young generation on the squad. India with the consecutive 11th win will make history.

As per my prediction Sri Lanka have batted well and have scored 183 runs. Nissanka and Gunathilaka gave the right start and at the ending it is Shanaka who helped the team reach the required score. Shanaka should've got few mor balls to make his fifty. This looks like a difficult score for India, let's wait for the performance from India.

^ The Lankans played excellent batting at the end. Dasun Shanaka hits some big shots towards helps to lift Sri Lanka to 183. Sri Lanka's batters put up a decent total, but it will be a challenge for bowlers to control Indian batsmen. Two openers, Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan, are eliminated early. With that score Sri Lanka still has an opportunity to level the series; all they need is regular wickets.

India at the moment is far better than Sri Lanka. They have better players overall and I don't see Sri Lanka beat India. Sri Lanka is in really bad form right now and even the good players in the team seem to be underperforming at the moment. Actually, if India loses against Sri Lanka, it would be a surprise for almost everyone.
